Zhuo Chen is an Accounting Associate at Democracy International. Ms. Chen brings diverse experience from previous roles, including an Income Tax Appeals Officer at the Canada Revenue Agency, an E-Commerce intern at Fullgoal Fund, and an intern in the Investment Banking Department at the Bank of East Asia.

She holds a master’s degree in International Economics and Finance from Johns Hopkins University SAIS and a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Toronto.
