Silvia Susnjic, Ph.D.
Dr. Silvia Susnjic is the Chief of Party of the USAID-funded Social Contract Activity in Kosovo. She brings 15 years of experience working in social research, monitoring and evaluation, and DRG programming. Prior to joining the Kosovo Social Contract Activity, she served as the Evaluation Component Lead for the USAID/Bangladesh Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Activity (BMEL) with ME&A Inc. Her previous work included serving as Chief of Party for the Eastern and Southern Caribbean Monitoring and Evaluation Services (ECSC/MES) Activity with IBTCI Inc, and prior to that, as the Team Lead for the Data Quality Assessment for USAID/Egypt Services to Improve Performance Management, Enhance Learning and Evaluation (SIMPLE) Activity with the QED Group. She served as Research Director and Chief of Party for DI’s Afghanistan Electoral Reform and Civic Advocacy Project from 2012-2015 and as Research Expert for the Albania Rule of Law Assessment in 2014.
She holds a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis & Resolution from George Mason University, an M.A. in Social and Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, and a B.A. in Social Psychology with a concentration in social and behavioral research from Lewis-Clark State College. She is fluent in English, Italian, and Croatian.
