Olivier Diogo
Olivier Diogo is a Program Assistant at Democracy International. Previously, he volunteered for five years with Global Tassels, a non-profit that empowers underprivileged youth in developing countries through education and leadership. As Vice-President of Outreach and Research, he used his analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills to support various departments. One of his major accomplishments at Global Tassels was leading the application process for NGO consultative status with the United Nations.
Mr. Diogo has a master’s degree in international affairs policy and analysis from American University, with a concentration on foreign policy and international development. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of the District of Columbia. Mr. Diogo speaks French, Spanish, Wolof, and Portuguese.
