Natalie Wheatle
Natalie Wheatle is the Chief of Party for the USAID Positive Pathways program in Jamaica. With over 15 years of experience, she is a professional who focuses on achieving results. She has successfully executed projects in diverse sectors for various organizations including donor organizations, state agencies, and the private sector. Her expertise covers a range of areas including agriculture development, alternative energy, climate change, business development, community development, crime and violence prevention, youth development, civil society strengthening, and social enterprise.
Ms. Wheatle has knowledge and experience working with the procurement rules of the Government of Jamaica, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and other funding agencies, such as the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and European Development Fund (EDF).
Her expertise in stakeholder collaboration, community-based partnerships, and increasing citizen participation has helped to promote economic, technological, and social advancements. She is highly skilled in program & project development, project management, project monitoring and reporting, administrative management, results-based management, and managing grants and grantees.
