Mikayla Vonner is an HR Specialist at Democracy International (DI). Ms. Vonner started her career as an HR Assistant at JMA Solutions, a government contractor that supports the Federal Aviation Administration. She spent over two years recruiting and dealing with HR and Benefits Administration there. She then worked at the Swedish software company Medius Software Inc., overseeing the HR needs for their North American entity as the HR Business Partner.

Ms. Vonner holds a Bachelor of Science with a minor in Psychology.
