Max Knott is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Democracy International. With a strong background in recruiting for federal projects, particularly within the fed health and Department of Defense sectors, Mr. Knott is dedicated to finding top talent to drive organizational success.

Mr. Knott earned his B.A. in Event and Facility Management and Sport Administration from Simpson College in Indianola, IA. During his time at Simpson, he was not only a member of the men’s basketball team but also actively engaged in the community. Max volunteered as a basketball coach for local AAU teams, interned with institutions like the Iowa Events Center and Drake University’s marketing department, and lent his support to various local campaigns, including gubernatorial and state legislative races.
