Kylie Guelcher is a Human Resources Assistant for DI. Prior to this, Ms. Guelcher was an intern with the University of Wisconsin’s Human Resources Department. She has also worked in many administrative roles at various international institutes and nonprofits.

Kylie holds a Bachelor of Arts in both Psychology and International Studies with a concentration in Politics and Policy in the Global Economy from the University of Wisconsin Madison. Her interests include organizational development, international development, and volunteer work.
