Emmanuel Attramah
Emmanuel Attramah is a Public Relations Specialist at Democracy International’s USAID-supported Ghana Performance Accountability Activity. With over a decade of experience in communications, he has played a key role in developing and executing strategies for donor-funded projects and international NGOs in Ghana.
Throughout his career, Mr. Attramah has served as a trusted advisor to country support teams, directors, and Chiefs of Party, providing expert guidance on communication strategies and executive presence. He specializes in safeguarding organizational reputations, managing media relations, and navigating crises to maintain a strong public image, particularly in sectors such as health, economic growth, democracy, human rights, and governance. As a passionate storyteller, he crafts narratives that inform, engage, and inspire positive change.
Mr. Attramah holds a BA in Psychology and a MA in Communication Studies from the University of Ghana.
