Claire Robertson is the Director of Technical Advisory at Democracy International. She re-joins the organization after previously working as the Director of Strategy & Outreach and managing analytical program implementation. She also served as a Senior Program Officer supporting the global Civic Engagement and Governance Unit at World Learning. Ms. Robertson served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Ukraine, where she taught English as a Foreign Language and coordinated other language learning, community development, and health education projects.

Ms. Robertson holds an MA in Government with a focus on Democracy and Governance Studies from Georgetown University, and a BA in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
