Carolina Hidalgo-McCabe is a Program Assistant with Democracy International. She has experience working in community organizing and civic engagement in D.C., Miami, and Boston. She speaks Arabic and Spanish and has spent over a decade living in Latin America and the MENA region. Ms. Hidalgo-McCabe is a recent graduate of Tufts University, where she received her B.A. in International Relations and Civic Studies.
