Beatrice Kolawole is the Director of Human Resources at Democracy International with a passion for ensuring large-scale human resources operations run efficiently. In each position she has held, she championed best-practices in people management, helped to drive performance improvement, and promoted staff engagement. She specializes in mission critical matters such as talent acquisition, employee training and development, benefits administration, employee relations, employment law, regulations, and compliance. She has strong interpersonal and communication skills and has been recognized for developing effective business partnerships and networking relationships. Her enthusiasm for all things human resources fuels her drive to help organizations and employees succeed. She holds a master’s degree in International Non-Governmental Organizations from Webster University.
