Project Description
The Support Which Implements Fast Transition (SWIFT) 6 indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract is a 10-year, multi-award contract, with a ceiling of $5 billion. This mechanism, which DI holds, is designed to enhance the USAID Office of Transition Initiatives’ efforts to advance U.S. foreign policy by addressing complex political crises through rapid and effective interventions. The SWIFT 6 IDIQ will provide the Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI) with a flexible, streamlined, and integrated approach to respond to emerging challenges in political transitions and stabilization efforts. Under this contract, OTI can leverage DI’s expertise to assist in establishing quick-response teams, implementing targeted programs, conducting research, and supporting USAID staff to tackle issues such as conflict, political instability, and the promotion of democratic practices.
