Project Description
Democracy International conducted a mid-term performance evaluation of the Justice Sector Support Program (JSSP) under USAID/Cote d’Ivoire implemented by Tetra Tech DPK as well as the Legislative Strengthening Program (LSP) implemented through the State University of New York’s Center for International Development. DI assessed whether JSSP is improving functionality and access to Ivory Coast’s justice system and if LSP is building the capacity of the National Assembly. DI’s analytical team targeted stakeholders in government and civil society on national, district, and community levels. The evaluation will determine how to adjust the project to achieve its objectives and inform future programs.
