Project Description
USAID’s Compliance and Capacity Support for Diverse Partnerships (CCSDP) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, awarded to DI, aims to expand USAID’s localization efforts by engaging with new partners, as well as support local partners, and governments so that they have the capabilities and resources to serve as prime partners for USAID programming. Under this five-year, $250 million-ceiling mechanism, USAID can leverage DI’s adaptable, evidence-based approaches and unique MEL expertise to support USAID Mission staff worldwide to improve local partnerships, provide third party monitoring services, support risk mitigation efforts, and capacity strengthening for local actors.
