Patrick Clark
Patrick Clark is a Program Officer II at Democracy International. He previously worked at the International Foundation for Electoral Systems, supporting programs across the Middle East and North Africa. His specialty is in financial management and program management tool development.
Mr. Clark volunteers extensively in Arlington, VA, as an Election Officer, a Community Emergency Response Team member, and an assistant instructor for the Until Help Arrives program, providing training to the community in basic lifesaving skills.
Mr. Clark holds a PhD in history, specializing in Roman history, from the University of California Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts in Latin and Greek from the University of Michigan. He has also studied Arabic, Spanish, French, and German.
