Yumei Lin is a Program Assistant with Democracy International. She previously worked as a Research Intern for the Southeast Asia Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. In 2022, Ms. Lin was an Indonesian Critical Language Scholar at Universitas Negeri Malang through the U.S. State Department. In addition, she is conversationally fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

Ms. Lin is a recent graduate of Tufts University, where she received her B.A. in International Relations and Security Studies.
