Tracy Igberaese is a Program Manager for Democracy International, where she supports field office teams in South Sudan and Ethiopia. Prior to joining DI, she lived and worked in Ghana consulting with the United Nations promoting the rights of women and children. Previously, Tracy served as a Project Director at Creative Associates International, managing a regional West Africa CVE program with a main objective of promoting peacebuilding & building the capacity of regional institutions, national governments and civil society organizations in Chad, Mauritania, Burkina Faso and Niger. She has additional experience leading business development efforts in West Africa and the Sahel.

Ms. Igberaese earned her M.A in Development Economics from Erasmus University, M.B.A from Webster University and received her B.A from the University of Tennessee in French and World Business. She has a working knowledge of French.
