Nicholas Battaile is a Program Associate with Democracy International (DI). Before joining DI, Mr. Battaile explored his interest in civic engagement and election advocacy by working as a field organizer on the 2020 North Carolina Coordinated Campaign and as a researcher for BallotReady. While at BallotReady, he contributed to a variety of projects intended to keep voters across the United States informed and prepared to exercise their right to vote and run for public office. Mr. Battaile earned his B.A. in Political Science and Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2020. He has basic language skills in German.
