Michael Cowan is a Program Officer at Democracy International where he provides logistical and administrative support to DI’s analytical and research programs. Prior to joining DI, Mr. Cowan worked as an intern for the office of Congressman Gerald Connolly (D-VA) and as an intern and Program Assistant for Democracy International. He holds a B.A. in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland and a M.P.P in International Security and Economic Policy from the University of Maryland School of Public Policy.
