Danielle Monaco is a Program Manager with Democracy International, where she supports programs in Bangladesh. She brings more than 12 years of experience as a program manager and democracy and governance specialist. Prior to joining DI, she worked at The Kaizen Company and the International Foundation for Electoral Systems, overseeing projects designed to support the conduct of elections, enhance transparency, mitigate electoral violence, build civil society capacity to implement voter education programs, and improve access and participation of marginalized communities in electoral and political processes.

Ms. Monaco earned her B.A. in International Development from McGill University and a Masters in Public Policy from the University of London, SOAS.
