Colleen Perry is the Operations and Finance Assistant at Democracy International. She supports the Finance team with field operations while providing operational and Human Resources assistance to the Bethesda office. Prior to joining Democracy International, Colleen provided business development, valuation, credit risk, and administrative services to businesses in the Washington Metropolitan Area. She holds a B.A in Business Administration. Colleen is dedicated to supporting accountable political and government systems around the world.
