Ariana Frascatore is a Program Assistant on Democracy International’s Program Management team, providing contract support for multiple international projects. Previously, she interned at the National Democratic Institute where she supported the Latin America and Caribbean team, and the Human Rights Commission of Puebla, Mexico where she worked in the HIV/AIDS and Human Trafficking department. Ariana has thematic interests in environmental justice and land management, as well experience researching environmental social movements in Latin America.
She received her B.A. from American University where she studied International Relations with minors in Spanish and Economics. She speaks fluent Spanish and proficient Italian.
