Andrew Vasile is a Senior Program Officer at Democracy International, where he works on the Business Development Team. Prior to joining DI, he managed training and outreach public diplomacy projects in service of Department of State clients, including the Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation (ISN) and the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL). Previously, he lived and worked in Afghanistan for USAID’s Local Governance and Community Development (LGCD) Project, where he managed business relationships with Afghan implementing partners. He has a Master’s degree from Georgetown University in Democracy and Governance and a B.A. from Boston College.
