Project Description

DI is currently implementing a Human Rights, and Governance (DRG) Assessment in Haiti. The DI assessment team is on the ground in Port-au-Prince and select regions outside the capital conducting targeted focus groups and key informant interviews and exploring the social, economic, and political factors hindering Haiti’s democratic progress. The findings of this assessment, which will be finalized and presented to USAID in the coming months, will influence future DRG program design in Haiti and inform the next iteration of USAID/Haiti’s Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS).
